At Azzure & Co., every item is thoughtfully personalised and made to order. Because each piece is created especially for you, please read our policy carefully before placing your order.
Personalised & Custom-Made Items
Due to the personalised nature of our products, all custom-made items are final sale.
We are unable to offer refunds or exchanges for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect size selected at checkout
- Spelling or personalisation errors submitted by the customer
- Approved design choices
- Minor colour variations caused by different screen settings
Please carefully review all personalisation details before completing your order.
Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) are always respected.
If your item:
- arrives damaged,
- has a manufacturing fault,
- is significantly different from its description,
- is incorrect, or
- is not of acceptable quality,
please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

We aim to assess all claims within 2–3 business days.
If your claim is approved, we will provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with Australian Consumer Law, which may include:
- A replacement
- A repair
- A refund
Production Variations
Because every item is individually made to order, slight variations in print placement, colour, garment positioning or measurements may occur. These are a natural part of the production process and are not considered defects.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders may be updated or cancelled within 12 hours of purchase, provided production has not yet started.
Once production has begun, orders cannot be changed or cancelled.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless otherwise required under Australian Consumer Law.
